Guru is a knowledge management B2B SaaS tool aimed at working professionals. I was a content strategist at Guru who collaborated with both the content and product marketing teams.

I was primarily responsible for product writing. I covered new feature releases, email campaigns, product landing pages, and how-to articles inspired by customer inquiries.

BeFunky is a graphic design SaaS tool. The majority of the articles I wrote were in-depth how-to pieces that included screenshots, precise instructions, and example use cases.
